Love in Music Los Angeles (LM-LA) Team welcomes two new college volunteers – Angie Lee (left), a sophomore at UCLA for piano/violin, and Sophia Zhao (right), a senior at UCLA for violin, who just joined the team!
At the loss of 3 piano and 3 violin teachers due to graduation from high school this summer, and while the majority of our volunteers are currently musically trained high school students, LM-LA team is so thrilled to have two new experienced college student volunteers at a perfect timing.
Angie Lee, previously serving as a piano teaching volunteer at our Santa Ana Branch until graduation from high school in 2023, rejoined Love in Music to continue giving back to thr community in her 2nd year at UCLA this time at our L.A. Branch as teacher and program coordinator. We trust these two new teachers’ outstanding musicality and teaching experience will bring brilliance to our L.A. team. Our warmest welcome to Angie and Sophia!
