Los Angeles Branch (12-21-2019)
Concluding the Fall 2019 semester, Love in Music (LM) celebrated the holiday season at its L.A. Branch with a Mini Christmas Concert held this morning from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. The event was followed by a festive gathering generously hosted by the parents of our volunteers. More than 50 attendees joined the celebration, including volunteers, beneficiary children, their families, and members of the LM Board of Directors led by Mr. Steve E. Yi.
Despite the challenges of maintaining our programs during a recent venue change—especially with limited time to transition our free weekly lessons—LM remains deeply grateful for the dedication and outstanding efforts of our volunteers. Their commitment continues to support Love in Music’s mission of serving and connecting with the community through music.
The concert opened with remarks from LM President Steve Yi, who presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Rev. Sung Wan Cha, Senior Pastor of Wilshire Korean Christian Church. The church generously provided Love in Music with a safe and nurturing space for its programs from 2017 to 2019.
