New Application and Registration Process
We are excited to share an important first step in Love in Music’s Digital Transformation Project!
With the help of our Admin/Operations Volunteer – MATTHEW LIM, we have created several new Google Forms to make our application and registration process simpler, faster, and more accessible for volunteers, students, families, and our administrative team.
We are pleased to introduce the following online forms:
1. (PRE-SCREENING) VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL – For prospective teaching and non-teaching volunteers interested in serving with Love in Music:
2. YOUTH MUSIC PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR NEW ENROLLMENT & RENEWAL – For families interested in enrolling or renewing their child’s participation in our youth music program:
3. DONATION PLEDGE FORM – For friends and supporters who would like to sustain our mission through monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, or other charitable giving.
As Love in Music looks ahead to celebrating our 20th Anniversary in 2027, we are grateful to everyone who has supported our mission of building harmony across communities through music.
Special kudos to Matthew Lim, 12th Gr., Torrance High School, whose dedication and technical skills have been instrumental in helping us transform our longtime partially digital registration process into a more efficient digital system. We look forward to continuing to build a simpler and more sustainable system that allows us to devote more of our time and resources to serving children, families, and communities through music.
